This place was all around great! Location was spot on and exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach with shopping and coffee shops near by. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Sandy and Erick's. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes to serve your needs. The bathroom was clean. What stood out to us were the beach gear that they had - chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, a beach mat, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach! Poipu beach could not be accessed directly through the ocean-side but it was a short drive and we were able to get there easily by car. Kiahuna beach is just a 2-3 minute walk away with amazing sunsets! The beach towels were another convenience. For 4 people, it was just slightly cramped but hopefully you're not spending too much time indoors! The access to the athletic club was another big plus. It's a nice facility with courts and workout equipment, as well as a bar and restaurant. There was live music the evening we were there. All in all, an outstanding stay.

Amazing location, very comfortable for family of 4 ,nice and clean, just right at the beach, walk to the pool, close to the great coffee place, everything walk or short drive to, great dining options close by. Host were quick to answer any question. Would love to come back soon!! We love Po'ipu!! Thank You Sandy and Eric!!

Sandy and Erick were extremely responsive and helpful. Their place was great, bed was comfortable, great to have cooler and beach stuff. Loved sitting out on the patio in the lounge chairs. Great location and beach.

Awesome location. Loved being able to walk to the beach easily and not have to worry about parking. A/c worked super well. Would stay here again if staying in Poipu!

We stayed here with our 5 & 7 year old on a family vacation in Kauai, and it was perfect. The location was ideal for accessing everything in Popui, the apartment had all the beach supplies we needed (cooler, wagon, snorkels. umbrellas, etc) and the kids loved the pool & waterslide almost as much as the beach. Would definitely book again!
